If you are looking for a standard structure, warehouse or shelter, we have a standardised building solution, available within a matter of days.
Explore the options and unlock the benefits of modular buildings.
Insulated buildings and warehouses
An insulated building provides a semi-permeant structure with good thermal performance. Due to the levels of insulation, this type of building can be partitioned for offices, meeting rooms, and welfare facilities. Insulated panels provide the most choice for additional bespoke elements such as glazing, roller shutter doors, bespoke colors, and a wide range of heating, ventilation and cooling options.
These temporary buildings use modular construction which means you can easily extend the structure if you need additional storage space in the future.
Our steel industrial units provide safe and secure, long term storage space. The steel sided structures can be customised with large access doors for plant and machinery access. They also make excellent car workshops, vehicle inspection bays, MOT test buildings and containment structures for waste management and processing.
The clearspan structure allows for heights of up to 8m and widths of up to 40m, making it ideal for all types of industrial applications, from machinery and plant storage to milking parlours, workshops, and barns. The profiled finish provides enhanced safety and security. A range of colours are available.

Loading Bay Canopies
Shelters and loading bay canopies remove the need for goods to be left in the open and provide a safe, sheltered working environment for staff to work under. These canopies and shelters can be linked directly to your existing loading bays and warehouse buildings or can be standalone shelter structures.
Engineered to your specification, with open gable ends, these structures are designed to meet the relevant BS6399 and Eurocodes for wind and snow loading. They offer a quick and flexible solution to create efficient use of your existing space. Our canopies can be erected in a matter of weeks from point of order and installed on a variety of existing surfaces with a range of permanent or temporary anchorage methods.
As temporary buildings are modular structures, the roofing options are all are compatible with all building types listed above. The roofing options are designed to slide through the beams to create a tight seal. There are three main options. A single skin PVC roof which will provide adequate weather protection and is a good option for storing less temperature-sensitive goods or equipment. The PVC is fully tensioned and engineered to comply with local wind and snow loading requirements. It is an affordable, quick, and safe solution. Depending on the time of year the structure is in use, it may benefit from a condensation lining.
Secondly, an inflatable roof combines two layers of PVC fabric with a wall-mounted compressor system, providing an insulated air pocket between the two PVC layers. The inflated PVC system improves thermal performance and reduces condensation. Finally, an insulated lined roof offers an additional layer that is installed under the PVC roof, providing a strong level of thermal performance. These are a selection of the main options, our team work directly with temporary building manufacturing experts and can discuss bespoke options depending on your requirements.
