We worked with the client to specify and design a structure that would accommodate their bespoke industrial laboratory equipment safely. Our manufacturing partner, Protan Elmark produced the frame with a 7.02m ridge height, allowing the client to maximise the space available on site and ensuring residual heat from ovens would have cooled before reaching the roof.
The structure was fitted with a manual roller shutter door and 2 pedestrian doors for access.
UPVC Guttering was installed (15m to each side) with downpipes.
Our bespoke temporary buildings are highly versatile and this project demonstrates the multiple uses of temporary buildings beyond traditional storage.
Our structures can be linked directly to existing buildings or can be standalone.
Engineered to any specification, our structures are designed to meet the relevant BS6399 and Eurocodes for wind and snow loading. They offer a quick, cost-effective, and flexible solution to create more efficient use of existing space.
