Popular types of experiential displays
Experiential displays are one of the most creative and board aspects of placemaking. They are truly immersive and often require a completely bespoke solution. You may have seen umbrella sky installations, hanging lanterns, ribbon ceilings, giant art boxes, living walls, urban greening, sculptures, art trails and many more examples of experiential placemaking installations on your travels. These are street decorations and we are experts in designing and installing them across the UK. They are incredibly popular in town and city centres, as well as shopping destinations. The possibilities are truly limitless and we can bring your idea to life when it comes to installing experiential placemaking displays.
We recently installed one of the West End’s biggest ever experiential displays. Working with the Art of London to fabricate and install “Art Reframed” which included 52 art cubes that lined the sky high above Leicester Square in the heart of the cultural hub in London. The unique designs featured some of the National Portrait Gallery’s most celebrated portraits. It was a standout in the West End, celebrating the National Portrait Gallery. The overhead captured the attention and imagination of all who visited and was shortlisted for a Creative Moment Award in the ‘Creative Culture & Entertainment Campaign of the Year’ category.
