We have been a part of some of the biggest moments in recent history; from great sporting achievements like the Olympics, to the Christmas lights on Oxford Street, and the biggest festival in the world: Glastonbury. The core of our staff have been with us for a long time, including foreman, drivers, and even a director who started as a rigger. Andrew Lothian celebrated his 30th year with us in 2020 and our Chief Executive and Founder, Cameron Stewart, still picks up the phone to answer enquiries today. We have learned, adapted, and grown continually to develop into the diverse and effective business we are today.
We are proud to be well-known for our work across all four divisions. We have installed the UK’s largest walk-through LED Christmas Tree in Wembley Park and even constructed a bespoke temperature-controlled structure to house a life-size Tyrannosaurus Rex in Glasgow. We have come a long way from building small marquees for weddings and parties, albeit we still do this as well! It has been the trust and confidence in our staff’s ability to adjust to new challenges that has allowed us to, not only survive in these competitive markets, but to thrive and become industry leaders.
Our geography allows us to offer a truly national service and we have delivered projects as far South as Cornwall, and as far North as the Faroe Islands, and most places in between. Whilst we provide complex services across the whole of the UK, the most important thing we supply is a personal service, delivered to our clients by our dedicated teams. Nothing makes us prouder than when a client returns for our services and speaks fondly of our staff; from the project manager who found a quick solution to an unforeseen issue, to the foreman who went the extra mile to help on site.
We are a unique business, operating four divisions across a network of branches able to provide a fully comprehensive service. Our organisation has a strong format, and our focus is simple: be better than our competition and adapt to what our clients want. After one of the strangest and most challenging years to date, Field & Lawn is stronger than ever, having worked hard to deliver what was required under difficult and worrying circumstances. As ever, we shall continue to look ahead and move forward, paying close attention to the small details, as well as delivering the big projects. We would like to thank all our staff, both old and new for their efforts and contributions to making Field and Lawn what it is today.
