After a two year absence, the Royal Highland Show was back with a bang as 50,000 people travelled to the showground on its opening day alone!
The four day agricultural show is the biggest in Scotland, and exhibits an impressive range of livestock, local produce and innovative products. Our Scotland branch were on hand to deliver 14,000m2 ( 31/2 acre’s) of temporary space for the show, working tirelessly throughout June to ensure we delivered to our high expectations.
Our 25m x 80m structures provided protection to the prize sheep, which is always a much anticipated part of the show. We provided structures to machinery giants John Deere, CLAAS and New Holland, allowing them to host employees and industry leaders to discuss all things agriculture for the duration of the show. Our glazed Members structure also provided a luxury viewing space for society members to enjoy the wide range of animals on display at the main ring.
The 200th Royal Highland Show was as action packed as ever, with over 194,000 people in attendance over the week, and our structures hosting thousands of people each day. It was a privilege for us to be involved in such a historic event and we’re already looking forward to next year!
