Managing Director
Angela joined Field and Lawn in 2006 and started her career with us as a Sales & Project Manager before progressing to Regional Director. In January 2026, Angela was promoted to Managing Director and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of Field & Lawn.
Regional Director (Runcorn)
Chris joined Field and Lawn in 2022. Chris has nine years of events industry experience, having managed numerous large-scale events for high profile clients including UEFA and the FA during the delivery of the Women’s European Football Championships. He has since progressed to Regional Director of our Runcorn Branch.
Regional Director (Edinburgh)
Kevin joined Field and Lawn in April 2022. Prior to this he worked for over a decade within the events and hospitality industry. Kevin is no stranger to working with high profile clients, having lead teams at major events across Scotland. Kevin was promoted to Regional Director in February 2026.
Regional Director (Bristol)
Gary joined Field and Lawn in 2007.
He previously served 10 years in HM Forces, with operational tours in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Rwanda. Gary joined us as a HGV driver, and has progressed through the business holding Operations and H&S Management Roles, before being promoted to Regional Director in 2026.
Deputy Regional Director (Bristol)
Daniel joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has over 20 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the temporary structure industry. He has managed a broad range of events from large scale festivals and shows to intricate graduations and award ceremonies. Dan currently looks after a variety of different event structure contracts and supports the Regional Director in Bristol.
Sales Director (UK)
Matthew joined Field and Lawn in August 2023. He previously worked in Sales for a modular building provider for 10+ years. Matthew is the National Sales Director for temporary buildings. Outside of work, he is a keen photographer, receiving a diploma from the Royal Photography Society. Other hobbies include cooking, eating out (who doesn’t!) and “BBQing.”
Head of Projects
Piers has been with Field and Lawn since 1996. He has worked through the ranks from student rigger to Head of Projects.
Piers oversees the delivery of all projects across all divisions, specialising in the management of Temporary Buildings.
His loyalty to Field and Lawn is exemplary and a testament to our efforts on career progression.
Assistant Ops. Manager
Stuart joined Field and Lawn in 2015. Prior to joining he worked as an HGV driver for 11 years. Stuart started as HGV driver for the Scotland branch and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. He is now a qualified trainer for plant machinery. Stuart is a keen cyclist and enjoys getting outdoors with his family.
Marketing Manager
Mat joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He previously has worked for a large construction contractor. Mat is responsible for planning, delivering and reporting on the marketing activity for all sectors within Field and Lawn. Outside of work he enjoys football, music festivals (including Glastonbury!)
Project Manager
Stuart joined Field and Lawn in 2019. After studying a combined honours of Sport and Business at the University of Stirling, he worked on site for two summers before moving into the sales team in January 2022. Stuart will focus on the Event Marquee division of Field and Lawn, using his knowledge and experience from site to effectively deliver a wide range of events. Stuart has a keen interest for sport outside of work, and is currently captain for his local rugby team, Watsonians.
Project Manager
Tess joined Field and Lawn in April 2024. Originally from Colorado, USA she moved to Scotland to study a combined honours of art history and social anthropology at the University of St Andrews. Tess will be joining the event marquee and festive lights division of Field and Lawn. Using her experience in the creative fields, she is excited to bring a new perspective. Outside of work Tess enjoys pottery, organizing dinner parties, and growing her ever expanding closet!
Branch Administrator
Janette joined Field and Lawn in 2023. Janette is a highly experienced administrator and brings a wealth of skills to support our Edinburgh branch. Having spent time in a range of industries, including most recently the hospitality sector, her organised and friendly approach is breath of fresh air. Outside of work, Janette enjoys holidays, spending time with her family, grandson and her two four legged fur babies!
Operations Manager
Craig joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has worked in the marquee and events industry for over 30 years. Involved in the management, logistics and transport of various contracts both large and small throughout the UK for most of this time. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and walking his two young collie dogs.

Operations Manager
Allen joined Field and Lawn in 1992.
He started with a summer job as a rigger and has progressed through the ranks holding foreman, project manager and branch manager roles.
For over a decade he has held the role of Operations Manager for the Northern branch.
He has been integral to the growth and development of the Northern branch.
Assistant Operations Manager
Shaun joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and logistics. Running and co-ordinating various fast paced warehouses in the food, aviation and cable management sectors prior to moving into the events industry. In his spare time, he can often be seen out walking with his family and dog Mia throughout the Cheshire countryside.
Senior Project Manager
Helen joined Field and Lawn in 2018. She previously worked in the marquee and events industry and managed large-scale shows as well as corporate and private events.
Helen now manages projects across the events, industrial and festive lighting divisions.
She holds IOSH and PRINCE2 qualifications so clients are always in safe and organised hands.
Project Manager
Thomas joined Field and Lawn in 2024. He has previously worked in the resourcing sector after studying Management at the University of Manchester. With a depth of experience in project management, he is responsible for managing event marquee contracts and festive lighting installations. Outside of work, Tom enjoys getting out on the golf course!
Project Manager
Shantelle joined Field and Lawn in February 2025. She previously worked in event and TV production management for 19 years. This has given her a wealth of experience in delivering small-scale and large-scale events. In her spare time, she enjoys racing in triathlon and duathlon. In 2024 she completed her bee keeping qualification and plans to have her own hive!
Project Manager
Adam joined Field and Lawn in 2026. He has previously worked as an Events and Project Manager in the events industry for 15+ years and brings a wealth of experience in events and operations. Adam is qualified in NEBOSH and IOSH, so you know you are in safe hand when Adam is managing your project! Adam enjoys travelling with his wife, Lisa and hobbies include horse racing, fishing and spending time with his family.

Chris joined Field and Lawn in 2024. He has worked in the marquee industry for almost 10 years. Chris works alongside the Directors and Project Managers, ensuring every detail is covered when it comes to planning and mobilising projects for sucessful delivery. He is a keen mountain biker and has spent 2 years living in Bali.
Assistant Operations Manager
Tom joined Field and Lawn in June 2026. Tom brings a wealth of experience, having served for five years in the Royal Logistic Corps before moving into the supply chain sector as a front-line Manager. Outside of work, Tom is a keen powerlifter, he enjoys keeping fit and is a Network Engineer in the Reserves with the Royal Signals.
Senior Project Manager
Ian joined Field and Lawn in 2017.
He has 20 years’ experience in the reprographics industry including work to develop the UK placemaking industry. Ian works across our Event Marquees, Festive Lighting and Placemaking divisions. He has led our Festive Lights growth into retail centres, managing multiple schemes for LSH and British Land and has helped deliver our most striking bespoke placemaking displays.
Sales Manager
Sam joined Field and Lawn in 2025. Having worked in the construction industry, specialising in the delivery of technical drainage solutions for commercial and industrial sites, he brings a strong understanding of infrastructure and site logistics. Outside of work, he is currently learning French and enjoys hitting the ski slopes.
Project Manager
Corey joined Field and Lawn in 2024. He has worked in the events industry for over 10 years. His roles included Event Production to Site Management, covering a wide range of events including exhibitions, festivals, sporting and corporate events. Corey also holds an MSc in Immersive Design and now works within the event marquee and festive lighting divisions.
Project Manager
Louise joined Field and Lawn in June 2026. With 20 years’ experience in festive lighting, including leadership and project management roles, she brings a depth of expertise in planning and delivering high-quality seasonal lighting schemes and placemaking activations. Outside of work, Louise enjoys outdoor pursuits such as horse riding, clay shooting, gardening.
Project Manager
Vicky joined Field and Lawn in July 2026. She has a strong project management background, with over 10 years’ experience. Working from the Bristol branch, she will manage event and temporary building projects. Outside of work, Vicky loves walking her dogs, traveling and is a keen street art collector and trader!
Project Manager
Will joined Field and Lawn in 2023. Coming from a background of Design and Sales, Will is a marketing graduate with 5 years’ experience in event production, management, and marquee builds. He has also worked in the tourism industry throughout the French and Austrian Alps. He will be responsible for a range of new and existing contracts throughout the region.

Emma joined Field and Lawn in August 2026. Bringing more than a decade of project management experience, with a strong background in event graphics across the UK and overseas, she has joined the Festive and Placemaking team. Outside work, Emma enjoys crochet and a variety of creative crafts.
