EDINBURGH

Head Office

Chief Executive

Cameron started Field and Lawn in 1986. Prior to that he was an officer in the British Army. Cameron has worked in the business constantly since its formation overseeing its many developments and adaptations.
He ensures client satisfaction, maintains our progress and principles, motivates the team and manages our long-term financial position.

nick

Creative Director

Nick joined Field and Lawn in 1996.
He has worked in the lighting, placemaking and events industries for 25 years, oveseeing some of the UK’s largest festive lighting displays.
Nick oversees the company’s Festive Lighting and Placemaking Divisions.
He is also our Social Values Director and worked to earn the company its Carbon Neutral Certification in 2020.

Financial Controller

Annabel joined Field and Lawn in 2019.
She had previously worked for a Scottish accountancy firm auditing commercial companies and charities.
Annabel is our financial controller and looks after the accounts for the whole company.
She is a keen golfer and is hoping to reduce her handicap down to single figures in 2021!

Financial Manager

Fiona joined Field and Lawn in 2007.
She previously worked in a finance department within the motor industry. Fiona is our financial manager and answers all our financial queries across the company. She is a fair weather cyclist and did all the numbers for us to achieve our Carbon Neutral Certification.

Scotland

Director for Scotland

Jim joined Field and Lawn in 2019.
His experience has been shaped by various management roles, most recently in the temporary structures and events industry.
Jim oversees all projects and manages the team in the Scottish Branch.
He recently moved back to his home town of Edinburgh after 15 years in the Middle East.

Head of Projects

Piers has been with Field and Lawn since 1996.
He has worked through the ranks from student rigger to Head of Projects.
Piers oversees the delivery of all projects across all divisions, specialising in the management of Industrial Structures.
His loyalty to Field and Lawn is exemplary and a testament to our efforts on career progression.

Operations Manager

Keith joined Field and Lawn in 2021. He worked for Royal Mail as the distribution manager for the East of Scotland.  Keith has worked in operations as a manager since 1998, was the nominated CPC holder and was responsible for a fleet of circa 80 vehicles. Whilst working for Royal Mail he gained both his Duke of Edinburgh gold award and his Prince’s Trust volunteer award. 

Senior Project Manager

Angela joined Field and Lawn in 2006.
She previously worked as an event manager so has a wealth of experience from across the industry.
Angela manages projects acoss all four divisions.
She is responsible for sales development and the management of key clients within the branch.

Project Manager

Brian joined Field and Lawn in 2017.
He previously worked in a number of diferent operational roles.
Brian manages projects across all four divisions.
He has more recently started to focus on the development of festive lighting in the Scottish market.

Project Manager

Robbie joined Field and Lawn in 2018.
He joined the team as a graduate having studied Sports and Recreation management at the University of Edinburgh.
Robbie mainly manages contracts within the Event Marquees and Festive Lighting divisions.
He has played semi professional rugby, worked as a rugby skills coach and earned a placement with Scottish Rugby Union.

Branch Administrator

Valerie joined Field and Lawn in 2017.
She has a wealth of experience in communication and customer service
Valerie manages the administration of the Scottish branch.
She has over 30 years administration experience in multiple industries and sectors.

North

Andy joined Field and Lawn in 1990.
He began as a rigger in Scotland and has progressed through the company, crossing the border to run the Northern and Southern branches. Andy now manages the Northern team and oversees all projects in the Northern Branch. His vast operational expertise has been crucial in the growth, development and successful delivery of projects for the whole company.

Operations Manager

Allen joined Field and Lawn in 1992.
He started with a summer job as a rigger and has progressed through the ranks holding foreman, project manager and branch manager roles.
For over a decade he has held the role of Operations Manager for the Northern branch.
He has been integral to the growth and development of the Northern branch.

Assistant Operations Manager

Connor joined Field and Lawn in 2019.
His background is in site crew management and he has worked on some of the UK’s largest festivals and events. Conor works alongside Allen as the Assistant Operations Manager for the Northern Branch. He worked closely with the on-site teams during 2020 to ensure his operational knowledge was up to speed.

Project Manager

Helen joined Field and Lawn in 2018.
She previously worked in the marquee and events industry and managed large-scale shows as well as corporate and private events.
Helen now manages projects across the events, industrial and festive lighting divisions.
She holds IOSH and PRINCE2 qualifications so clients are always in safe and organised hands.

Project Manager

Sarah joined Field and Lawn in 2020.
She has spent over 20 years working in the Christmas Lighting and Display industry.
Sarah works within our Festive Lights and Placemaking divisions.
Her design skills and experience are invaluable in developing bespoke schemes and services for our clients.

Sales Manager

Adam joined Field and Lawn in 2021. He has worked in business development for almost 10 years, most recently in the construction industry supplying site accommodation and plant equipment to large national contractors. Adam is now leading our Industrial Structures division in the North. Prior to working in sales he ran his own Gardening business in the South Manchester area.

Project Manager

Jake joined Field and Lawn in 2021. He started his professional career in sales and has worked in multiple industries including Retail, Food Service and Waste Management. Jake has joined as a Project Manager and will work alongside Helen and Adam in the Northern office. He has worked closely with some of the UK’s biggest brands during his career.

LONDON & THE SOUTH

Nick joined Field and Lawn in 2011.
He previously worked in sales and marketing for a leading pharmaceutical company before moving into the events industry. Nick oversees all projects in the South of England from Cornwall to Colchester. He works closely with Directors Ross and Nick to help create new commercial and creative business in the South.

Operations and H&S Manager

Gary joined Field and Lawn in 2004.
He previously served 10 years in HM Forces, with operational tours in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Rwanda. Gary started as HGV driver, was promoted to Operations Manager and more recently, the company’s Health and Safety Manager. He has overseen the huge growth of the Southern Branch and has been integral to it.

Assistant Operations Manager

Henry joined Field and Lawn in 2019.
He has worked in the marquee and event planning industry for 7 years and previously worked as a site manager. Henry works alongside Gary as the Assistant Operations Manager for the Southern Branch. He is now a qualified trainer for plant machinery as well as the lead trainer of new staff.

Senior Project Manager

Tom joined Field and Lawn in 2011.
He has over 15 years experience in the events industry, having come from event staging solutions. Tom manages our industrial and event structure divisions in the Southern branch. He has been at the forefront of our Industrial growth and continues to promote its benefits to new sectors.

Project Manager

Dan joined Field and Lawn in 2016.
He spent nearly 20 years working in the outdoor advertising industry managing large and bespoke advertising displays.
Dan works predominantly within the Festive Lights and Placemaking divisions.
Dan has an unrivalled knowledge of installation work inside Greater London.

Project Manager

Ian joined Field and Lawn in 2017.
He has 20 years experience in the reprographics industry including work to develop the UK placemaking industry. Ian works mainly within our Festive Lighting and Placemaking divisions. He also manages one of our largest Event Marquees contracts – the Brighton Marathon.

Senior Project Manager

Ben joined Field and Lawn in 2018.
He previously worked in the marquee and events industry for 10 years and managed large-scale competition events.
Ben manages projects across all four divisions.
He assists with the management of Field and Lawn’s social media channels and website development.

Project Manager

Rebecca joined Field and Lawn in 2020.
She has over 10 years experience working in the exhibition and retail design sector. Rebecca works within our Festive Lights and Placemaking Divisions. She brings her knowledge of managing large-scale and bespoke installations throughout the UK.

Branch Administrator

Charlotte joined Field and Lawn in 2016.
Charlotte joined Field and Lawn in 2016. She has over 20 years experience in customer service and account management. Charlotte manages the administration of the Southern Branch. She has worked in several different industries including telecommunications, distribution and even aerospace.

Project Manager

Albin joined Field and Lawn in 2021.
Albin has 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working in the perimeter security industry. He is working to deliver Festive Lights and Placemaking projects in London and the South East. Albin is also a qualified Mechanical Engineer.

Sales Manager

Alisdair joined Field and Lawn in 2021.
He previously worked in sales for a leading tool, fixing and fastening manufacturer before moving into the events industry. Alisdair works predominantly within our Industrial Structures division and is responsible for its growth within the South.
