Nicholas Radcliffe Field and Lawn

Managing Director

Nick joined Field and Lawn in 2011. He previously worked in sales and marketing for a leading pharmaceutical company before joining Field and Lawn and rising to become a Director for the South. Nick now oversees the whole business, from planning our long-term goals, to sharing his experience with individual projects and events. He works closely with Andrew and Nick to ensure that each branch is working efficiently, effectively and enthusiastically.

Creative Director

Nick joined Field and Lawn in 1996. He has worked in the lighting, placemaking and events industries for 25 years, oveseeing some of the UK’s largest festive lighting displays. Nick oversees the company’s Festive Lighting and Placemaking Divisions. He is also our Social Values Director and worked to earn the company its Carbon Neutral Certification in 2020.

Marketing Manager

Mat joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He previously has worked for a large construction contractor.  Mat is responsible for planning, delivering and reporting on the marketing activity for all sectors within Field and Lawn.  Outside of work he enjoys football, music festivals (including Glastonbury!) and traveling. 

Scotland

Regional Director

Angela joined Field and Lawn in 2006. She previously worked as an event manager so has a wealth of experience from across the industry.
Angela now manages the Scotland branch and oversees all projects with her team.
She is responsible for sales development and the management of key clients within the branch.

Head of Projects

Piers has been with Field and Lawn since 1996.  He has worked through the ranks from student rigger to Head of Projects.
Piers oversees the delivery of all projects across all divisions, specialising in the management of Temporary Buildings.
His loyalty to Field and Lawn is exemplary and a testament to our efforts on career progression.

Operations Manager

Craig joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has worked in the marquee and events industry for over 30 years. Involved in the management, logistics and transport of various contracts both large and small throughout the UK for most of this time.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and walking his two young collie dogs.

Stuart Allison

Project Manager

Stuart joined Field and Lawn in 2019. After studying a combined honours of Sport and Business at the University of Stirling, he worked on site for two summers before moving into the sales team in January 2022. Stuart will focus on the Event Marquee division of Field and Lawn, using his knowledge and experience from site to effectively deliver a wide range of events. Stuart has a keen interest for sport outside of work, and is currently captain for his local rugby team, Watsonians.

Kevin Miller

Project Manager

Kevin joined Field and Lawn in April 2022. Prior to this he worked for over a decade within the events and hospitality industry. Kevin is no stranger to working with high profile clients, having lead teams at major sporting events, including the Davis Cup, 2014 Commonwealth Games and the 2018 European Championships.  Kevin is looking forward to getting to know our event structure, festive lights and placemaking clients in the West of Scotland.  Out of work, Kevin can be found entertaining his little daughter.

Assistant Ops. Manager

Stuart joined Field and Lawn in 2015. Prior to joining he worked as an HGV driver for 11 years.  Stuart started as HGV driver for the Scotland branch and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager.  He is now a qualified trainer for plant machinery.  Stuart is a keen cyclist and enjoys getting outdoors with his family.

Branch Administrator

Janette joined Field and Lawn in 2023.  Janette is a highly experienced administrator and brings a wealth of skills to support our Edinburgh branch.  Having spent time in a range of industries, including most recently the hospitality sector, her organised and friendly approach is  breath of fresh air.  Outside of work, Janette enjoys holidays, spending time with her family, grandson and her two four legged fur babies!

Andy

Regional Director

Andy joined Field and Lawn in 1990.
He began as a rigger in Scotland and has progressed through the company, crossing the border to run the Northern and Southern branches. Andy now manages the Northern team and oversees all projects in the Northern Branch. His vast operational expertise has been crucial in the growth, development and successful delivery of projects for the whole company.

Allen

Operations Manager

Allen joined Field and Lawn in 1992.
He started with a summer job as a rigger and has progressed through the ranks holding foreman, project manager and branch manager roles.
For over a decade he has held the role of Operations Manager for the Northern branch.
He has been integral to the growth and development of the Northern branch.

Assistant Operations Manager

Shaun joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and logistics. Running and co-ordinating various fast paced warehouses in the food, aviation and cable management sectors prior to moving into the events industry. In his spare time, he can often be seen out walking with his family and dog Mia throughout the Cheshire countryside.

Hellen

Project Manager

Helen joined Field and Lawn in 2018. She previously worked in the marquee and events industry and managed large-scale shows as well as corporate and private events.
Helen now manages projects across the events, industrial and festive lighting divisions.
She holds IOSH and PRINCE2 qualifications so clients are always in safe and organised hands.

Sarah

Project Manager

Sarah joined Field and Lawn in 2020. She has spent over 20 years working in the Christmas Lighting and Display industry.
Sarah works within our Festive Lights and Placemaking divisions.
Her design skills and experience are invaluable in developing bespoke schemes and services for our clients.

Chris Kitchin from Field and Lawn

Project Manager

Chris joined Field and Lawn in 2022. Chris has eight years of events industry experience, having managed numerous large-scale events including mass participation races. Chris has worked with and managed high profile clients including UEFA and the FA during the delivery of the Women’s European Football Championships. 

Mark Higgins from Field and Lawn

Project Manager

Mark joined Field and Lawn in 2022.  He has 20 years experience within the hospitality and events sector. He has managed events for large corporate clients as well as outdoor projects in the theatre and cinema sector. He joins as a Project Manager in the Northern Branch and will be working within the Event Structure and Festive Lighting divisions.

Sales Manager

Matthew joined Field and Lawn in August 2023.  He previously worked in Sales for a modular building provider for 10+ years. Matthew joins as a Sales Manager for temporary buildings. Outside of work, he is a keen photographer, receiving a diploma from the Royal Photography Society. Other hobbies include cooking, eating out (who doesn’t!) and “BBQing.”

Festive lighting sales manager

Sales Manager, Festive Lighting

Ali joined Field and Lawn in October 2023.  He has 8+ years of Sales and Business Development experience. He joins as Sales Manager for Festive Lighting.  He has a track record of delivering exceptional, large scale projects in towns and shopping centres. In his spare time, he enjoys the gym and much like his namesake, he enjoys boxing and goes by the name ‘Ali’.

Ben

Regional Director

Ben joined Field and Lawn in 2018.
He previously worked in the marquee and events industry for 10 years and managed large-scale competition events.
Ben now manages the Southern branch and ensures that all projects across all four divisions and delivered to a high standard.
He also manages Field and Lawn’s social media channels and website development.

gary

Operations and H&S Manager

Gary joined Field and Lawn in 2004.
He previously served 10 years in HM Forces, with operational tours in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Rwanda. Gary started as HGV driver, was promoted to Operations Manager and more recently, the company’s Health and Safety Manager. He has overseen the huge growth of the Southern Branch and has been integral to it.

Operations Manager

Henry joined Field and Lawn in 2019. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry and previously worked as a site manager. Henry works alongside Gary and Chris in the Southern Branch, focusing on planning and crew management. He is a qualified trainer for plant machinery as well as the lead trainer of new staff.

Assistant Operations Manager

Chris joined Field and Lawn in 2024. He has worked in the marquee industry for almost 10 years. Chris works alongside Gary and Henry as the Assistant Operations Manager for the Southern Branch. He is a keen mountain biker and has spent 2 years living in Bali.

Senior Project Manager

Dan joined Field and Lawn in 2016.
He spent nearly 20 years working in the outdoor advertising industry managing large and bespoke advertising displays.
Dan works predominantly within the Festive Lights and Placemaking divisions.
Dan has an unrivalled knowledge of installation work inside Greater London.

Dan is a highly experienced marquee project manager

Project Manager

Daniel joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has over 14 years experience as a Project Manager within the temporary structure industry. He has managed a broad range of events from large scale festivals and shows to intricate graduations and award ceremonies. Dan currently looks after a variety of different event structure contracts within our Southern branch including BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Carfest South and Camp Bestival to name a few.

Ian

Project Manager

Ian joined Field and Lawn in 2017.
He has 20 years experience in the reprographics industry including work to develop the UK placemaking industry. Ian works mainly within our Festive Lighting and Placemaking divisions. He also manages one of our largest Event Marquees contracts – the Brighton Marathon.

charlotte

Branch Administrator

Charlotte joined Field and Lawn in 2016. She has over 20 years experience in customer service and account management. Charlotte manages the administration of the Southern Branch. She has worked in several different industries including telecommunications, distribution and even aerospace.

Courtney is the Assistant Health and Safety Manager at Field and Lawn

Assistant Health & Safety Manager

Courtney joined Field and Lawn in 2023.  She brings a wealth of operational health and safety expertise to the team.  Having recently spent three years at a Utilities company, she will be working along side Gary Ferguson to drive our business wide culture of health and safety excellence. Outside of work, Courtney is a keen traveler having spent time in Asia and Australia.

Project Manager

Kiri joined Field and Lawn in 2023.  She has over 20 years’ experience in the events sector. Kiri has worked across high-profile prestigious projects such as the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Torch Relays, and more recently, the Birmingham 2022 Queen’s Baton Relay. Kiri looks after our Festive Lighting and Placemaking across London and the Southeast.

Project Manager

Will joined Field and Lawn in 2023.  Coming from a background of Design and Sales, Will is a marketing graduate with 5 years’ experience in event production, management, and marquee builds. He has also worked in the tourism industry throughout the French and Austrian Alps. He will be responsible for a range of new and existing contracts throughout the region.

 

Corey Smith works for Field and Lawn as a Project Manager

Project Manager

Corey joined Field and Lawn in 2024.  He has worked in the events industry for over 10 years. His roles included  Event Production to Site Management, covering a wide range of events including exhibitions, festivals, sporting and corporate events. Corey also holds an MSc in Immersive Design and now works within the event marquee and festive lighting divisions.

 

Area Sales Manager

Jack Joined F&L Temporary Buildings in April 2024.  Before joining F&L, he has worked in Business Development and account management roles in  manufacturing and construction companies. Outside of work, Jack loves playing rugby and has made over 100+ senior appearances for St. Mary’s RFC having started playing aged 9.
