Southport Flower show

Just 19 miles from Liverpool, Victoria Park in Southport is home to the annual Southport Flower Show. Field and Lawn provide the site-wide marquees for the prestigious four-day event. We provide around 13,500sqm. of marquee space for the show.

This includes the Amateur Growers Pavilion, an expansive 25m x 85m marquee, the Grand Floral Marquess comprising: three interlinked 25m x 50m structures as well as a range of bespoke corporate and hospitality marquees such as the exclusive 1924 lounge together with the back of house, security and infrastructure tents for the event.

How quickly can you install a marquee?

A small marquee can be installed within a day. Larger marquees can take 2-5 days depending on the size, complexity and finishes required. To make the installation process more efficient, choose a marquee provider with in-house build crews who are experienced and competent. having a company with their own delivery vehicles is also advantageous and mitigates the risk of delivery delays. Field and Lawn have our own in-house build crews and transportation, meaning we can provide a quick and efficient installation.

What size marquee do I need for 200 people?

The ideal marquee size for a corporate hospitality event for around 200 guests, seated at round tables would be 240m². This is based on a general calculation of no. people x 1.2 m² = space required in m². Our marquees are usually built in 3m or 5m bay lengths to comfortably accommodate 200 people a 15m x 24m marquee would provide the capacity to fit 200 guests at round tables, plus a dance floor and bar.
