How quickly can you install a marquee?

A small marquee can be installed within a day. Larger marquees can take 2-5 days depending on the size, complexity and finishes required. To make the installation process more efficient, choose a marquee provider with in-house build crews who are experienced and competent. having a company with their own delivery vehicles is also advantageous and mitigates the risk of delivery delays. Field and Lawn have our own in-house build crews and transportation, meaning we can provide a quick and efficient installation.

What size marquee do I need for 200 people?

The ideal marquee size for a corporate hospitality event for around 200 guests, seated at round tables would be 240m². This is based on a general calculation of no. people x 1.2 m² = space required in m². Our marquees are usually built in 3m or 5m bay lengths to comfortably accommodate 200 people a 15m x 24m marquee would provide the capacity to fit 200 guests at round tables, plus a dance floor and bar.
