They are specially engineered, aluminium-frame structures designed for high-capacity events. Large marquees are deployed at festivals and concerts or, they can be used for a corporate function or deployed for industrial and long term needs such as storage. These larger structures provide a significant amount of of covered floor space.

For example, a 15m wide x 45m long structure will provide 675m2 of space, which is suitable for approximately 450 guests seated banquet style for a corporate celebration or around 675 people seated theatre style such as a university graduation venue.
