Festival marquees for hire

Festival marquees in flexible sizes, layouts and specifications

If you are booking marquees for a festival, clearspan marquees are a go to choice for Production Managers. They are rated for high winds and provide a safe and reliable structure for almost any application. Smaller marquees are available in 3m to 9m widths and are extended in modular bays, making them an ideal choice for information points, security checkpoints and retail kiosks. Our medium festival marquees can make festival supermarkets, pop-up retail experiences, first aid and welfare facilities. With larger structures being specified for entry points, large festival bars, VIP hospitality, artist changing rooms and major production led stage structures.

Small marquees

From 3m up to 9m. This includes both clearspan structures and pagodas. Great for info points, water refills and security searches.

Medium marquees

Range between widths of 10m to 20m in bays to create the length. Often used for bars, merch stands and shops.

Delivering music festival infrastructure for WOMAD Festival

WOMAD Festival is an annual cultural festival, showcasing music, arts and dance from around the world, held at the picturesque Charlton Park Estate. This large-scale event features a wide range of activities, including music performances, workshops, and learning zones. The festival grounds host a range of structures, from dressing rooms and catering areas to children’s workshops and luxury facilities.

WOMAD Festival required a diverse range of marquees and structures for both front and back-of-house operations. Services such as carpeting, ramps, linings, cassette flooring, and banner rails were also provided. The build program spanned three weeks and involved a daily team of 12 in-house riggers.

Religious, cultural and faith festivals

One of the UK's largest Sikh cultural festivals, Manchester Samagam

If you are organising a religious festival, we can supply a wide range of marquee structures. We have worked closely with Manchester Samagam for five years to deliver festival marquees for one of the largest Sikh gatherings in the UK.

The brief was to provide a temporary venue for Manchester Samagam, a significant four-day Sikh spiritual festival. The word Samagam comes from Sanskrit roots, ‘sam’ (together) and ‘agam’ (coming) meaning a coming together or confluence. We provided a wide range of marquees including:

A Darbar Hall – the spiritual heart of the event – 30m × 40m marquee with suspended floors, carpets, and full pleated linings (2,400m²)

Langar Hall – 30m × 45m marquee with suspended floors and carpet (2,700m²)

Jora Ghar – 20m × 50m structure (1,000m²)

Kitchen – 12m × 30m and 9m × 15m marquees for catering support (495m²)

For The Big Feastival in the Cotswolds, we provided a site-wide festival marquee hire solution including 25 structures, totalling 1,630sqm of covered event space. The brief called for a flexible mix of festival marquees that could support everything from premium branded experiences for partners through to security check points, kitchens, staff welfare and general storage.

Working to a fast-tracked five-day build programme, our in-house installation crew built the structures across the site while providing full project management support, layouts and coordination with third-party contractors. Comprehensive risk and method statements were developed to align with site safety requirements, and our team remained on hand during the event to respond to operational needs and monitor forecast high winds.

Festival marquees for one of Derbyshire's finest music festivals

Y Not Festival is an annual four-day music event set in the rural, rolling countryside of the Peak District, attracting around 33,000 fans.

Building on a successful partnership that began in 2018, Field & Lawn were appointed to deliver the expanded package of festival marquees and temporary structures across the site. Overall this included hospitality areas, artist facilities, production spaces and family amenities. We also worked with the production team to enable a themed “village pub” bar facade, which was a real focal point across the arena. Notably, the project increased from 24 structures in 2025 to 39 structures in 2026, reflecting the festival’s ambitious growth plans.
