Flexible industrial marquee options

Our marquees are fully technically assured for industrial use and are available in widths of up to 30m. The length is extended in 5m modular bays and internally they give a fully clearspan space, with leg heights of up to 4m giving ample room for your operations. The roof is constructed with industrial grade, fire-retardant tensile PVC. Walling options include high-grade PVC, solid ABS panelling or steel walling. They can be installed on any ground surface with pins or a ballast solution. Flooring can also be provided from simple matting to fully level cassette flooring. HVAC can also be installed, with lighting options for all-year use:

Most of our industrial marquees are used for equipment and product storage, additional operational space and infrastructure projects. Industrial marquees are most frequently used to provide flexible covered space for the storage of stock, equipment and products during seasonal peaks and refurbishment projects. They make the perfect space for interim processes like decanting operations for refurbishment, maintenance or planned shutdowns, or providing dry protected shelter for applications such as fleet maintenance and construction processes.

Interim industrial storage marquee

We supplied an industrial marquee to an industrial waste recycling plant during scheduled routine maintenance. They required a fast, cost effective interim heavy-duty marquee solution. Our team visited site to fully understand their requirements and propose a two phased solution to provide an initial dry storage marquee.

We supplied a 15m x 20m x 3m structure. Our client was previously using expensive offsite storage which increased travel times. This had a big impact on their productivity and operational performance. The structure was initially provided on a flexible eight-week hire, however, we accommodated an extend the hire, meaning their project could continue seamlessly.

Temporary industrial structure for construction

We were approached to provide an expansive 20m x 45m industrial marquee structure, within a building that was being refurbished. The brief was to create an enclosed temporary space to cover voids that were 9.5m deep. The marquee needed to contain a temporary heating system that was capable of reaching and maintaining an ambient temperature of 18 degrees.

We provided project management expertise, structural calculations, delivery methodology and an accelerated programme to meet project deadlines. This was a highly complex and challenging site. We had to project manage the delivery to ten-minute delivery windows to enable access to site, with the large marquee installed on a bay situated 10m meters above ground level, requiring specialised lifting plans and equipment. The client required adherence to numerous safety standards, including CSCS, IPAFM, and LOLER. We ensured that all eight of our operatives had the twelve safety certifications to gain access to site to deliver the structure safley.

Integrated HVAC for industrial marquee structures

Our industrial marquees can be supplied with integrated heating, cooling and ventilation. This will allow you to maintain stable working temperature conditions. We can supply a full HVAC solution for an industrial marquee from fuel management to regular servicing and maintenance depending of which type of heating solution you prefer. For maintaining a constant temperature in large industrial marquee over a longer period, either IDF heaters or fan heaters are recommended. If you want to heat specific areas of your marquee for example a temporary workstation within a structure an infrared heater might be a more cost effective option.
