How much space will I need?

Graduation ceremonies can be grand affairs that require a significant amount of space to accommodate guests. We can provide a range of structures, our largest will comfortably accommodate up to 3,000 people. Our clearspan marquees range in size between 10m to 20m in width. With large event structures available in 10m, 12m, 15m, 20m, 25m and 30m widths. Again, as they are modular, they are extended in 5m length increments to provide the perfect space for your graduation event.

As a rule of thumb, a simple 10m x 15m marquee structure will provide enough standing space for around 200 people. A 15m x 20m marquee will give standing space for approximately 400 people. If your guests are going to be seated, double the space to allow for chairs and tables.

Our marquees can be fully equipped with top-of-the-range furniture, flooring, and lighting, ensuring you can celebrate in style! We can further customise your marquee with windows, access ramps and bespoke finishes and branding to your exact requirements.
