Field and Lawn have extensive experience delivering large-scale hospitality environments for high profile sporting and corporate events across Scotland, including the Royal Highland Show, Murrayfield, and St. Andrews University. We have over 800,000sq. ft. of marquee space that we can tailor to your event requirements and they are available in a range of sizes, including small 3m x 3m marquees and pagodas up to large clearspan marquees providing widths of 30m.

We work closely with and support Hamilton Park Racecourses with hospitality and corporate events, where recently Field and Lawn were able to provide a brand new 12m x 35m marquee to replace their Club Lawn structure.

At Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Field and Lawn together with GL events UK delivered a complete hospitality village for the Six Nations Championship. The impressive set up saw over 5,500m² of marquee space installed in a tight area, compromising of 14 bespoke structures. Including hospitality suites, ranging in size between 10m x 20m up to the largest 20m x 105m structure, designed to support 2700 guests across the tournament.

A clearspan marquee is a great option for events in Scotland as they provide robust wind and weather loading capabilities and they will give you options to integrate flooring, linings, doors and windows for a high specification finish. Field and Lawn are all too familiar with the ever-changing UK weather and can help put into place a process to protect your event from severe and adverse weather conditions.

An all-year-round solution is our clearspan marquee, it is an ideal option for large outdoor corporate events. Our clearspan marquee holds a higher wind rating compared to other types of marquees with wind resistance of up to 100km/h (approx. 62mph) when installed with the correct anchorage or ballast. What events in Scotland do you supply trade stands to?

Can you provide branded marquees for corporate events?

How much notice do you need?

Generally, we like as much notice as possible! However, we know there will always be last minute marquee hire requests. Due to having such a large stock of high quality marquees available for hire, we can always check our availability. Peak marquee hire season covers the busy summer months of June, July and August. Like all large marquee hire companies, we have big contracts to fulfil during this period and our order books are near capacity. It’s best to call the team in Edinburgh for last minute enquires.

What type of corporate events are marquees suitable for?

Corporate marquees can be tailored to accommodate a wide variety of events, including hospitality functions, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, awards ceremonies, staff celebrations, conferences, VIP lounges and hospitality areas at sporting events. Marquees can provide space and capacity for 20 guests up to 3,000 depending on the size of the event structure.

Can you install corporate marquees in winter?

Corporate marquees can be installed in the winter, subject to conditions and specifications. For a winter event there are additional options to consider including heating, flooring, solid walling, weather management, lighting, access routes and power requirements. We can also work with you to provide reliable and stable temporary power and lighting for your event.

Can you support large-scale corporate hospitality events?

Field and Lawn have experience delivering large-scale corporate hospitality events. A recent example is the Murray field Hospitality Village for the Six Nations Championship, where we supplied over 5,500m2 of marquee space, including 14 bespoke structures designed to accommodate premium hospitality experiences for thousands of guests.

Do you carry out site visits in Scotland?

Field and Lawn regularly carry out site visits throughout Scotland, and we strongly recommend them for larger or more complex events.
